About Us

Steve Jones was born to Ted and Marie Jones in 1961.  They left Ardmore Oklahoma in the early to mid-fifties for Texas to become pastors.  Steve loves and serves the Lord Jesus Christ.  He also loves and served Dale Everett, who founded Power and Praise Tabernacle which is Bro. R.W. Schambach's church.  Steve is thankful that God  has connected him with men of this caliber.  It also makes him realize even more clearly that God has big things planned for Steve Jones Ministries in His service.

Steve became aware of the call of God on his life when he was 17 years of age.  In 1978 a man of God by the name of Dwayne Jones (no relation) pointed his finger at Steve just before he was to drive him back to his hotel room and he said, “Son, preach every chance you get!  It is hard to communicate this in writing but I think you’ll understand when I say that it was a God moment.  We both knew it.  In 2002 the mission of this ministry became even more clearly defined.  Steve Jones Ministries exists to preach and teach the life of faith through love in every way God provides.
